Stretch Relax Meditate
Be enlivened. Loosen your joints, increase your flexibility, stretch and strengthen tight muscles, and experience inner peace and tranquility with guided relaxation and Kirtan meditation.
When: Wednesdays 6.00pm – 7.15pm and 7.30pm – 8.45pm
Cost $8.00. Class numbers are limited so bookings are essential.
Everyone welcome – No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat (some mats provided)
Deep Peace Meditation
An evening of pure relaxation for body, mind and soul. Guided relaxation, Gauranga breathing meditation and serene and beautiful chanting of sacred mantras for total peace.
